Summary: Letters patent of confirmation by Archbishop Neville of a grant in mortmain of 17 marks annual rent by FitzWilliam from his manors of East, Chapel and West Haddlesey, held of Gaunt, for two chantry chaplains in the church of Chapel Haddlesey, to celebrate for the soul of Stapilton. Recites a royal licence, issued on 10 November 1385, and grants to the two chaplains, dated 1 January 1386 (details given).
Note: Interestingly this document dates to well after the entries in Neville's extant register cease, just before his attempted flight and capture.
