| Summary: | Mandate to the archbishop's official of York, following receipt of letters of King Edward II (recited), dated at Windsor (Wyndesore), 11 October 1312, granting the prebend of Wistow in York Minster to Master Aymo de Jovezano (Jovenzano), in the king's gift by reason of a vacancy of the see and in the hands of the late King Edward I, and following the admission and institution to the prebend of William Reymundi Columby (or Columbi), for the citation of William to appear to answer to Master Aymo concerning the matter (details given). |
