Summary:	Letter from the archbishop to the official principal or his commissary ordering procurations of 14 gold florins daily for the archbishop of Vienne and 10 for the bishop of Orange, papal legates to the kings of France and England. The monies are to be raised in the province of York at the rate of one farthing in the mark on ecclesiastical goods and paid to the legates' commissary, the prior of Southwark St Mary within six days after 13 January 1325. The official principal is to certify his actions to the archbishop and deliver the money to Sir Richard of Grimston, official receiver, before the appointed day. Enclosed in the letter are letters from Guillaume [de Laudun], Archbishop of Vienne, and Hugues, Bishop of Orange (London, 20 November 1324; recited), enclosing a papal bull of John XXII (Avignon, 30 August 1323; recited), giving the legates powers to levy the procurations.
