Summary: Memorandum that the papal bull 'Faciens misericordiam' of Pope Clement V, forming part of the trial of the order of the Knights Templar, accused of heresy, and setting out the ways in which the Templars were to be tried, was to be executed by all suffragans of the archbishop of York (the bishops of Durham, Carlisle and Galloway (Whithorn; Candida Casa)), according to the form of a mandate (recited), addressed to Anthony [Bek], bishop of Durham.
