Summary: Letter to Master John de Barneby [Barnby], archbishop's household clerk, informing him that he will be provided with a total of 1500 florins to have available in the Roman Curia, procured by Simon de Swanelund [Swanland] and Thomas [de Swanland], his brother, from merchants of Lombardy, and also informing him of a letter to Master John de Everdon, dean of St Paul’s, London, and Master Roger de Waltham, canon of St Paul’s, concerning the money (details given).
