Summary: Notification of an acquittance (receipt) for 500 marks received from Brother Leonard de Tibert' [de Tybertis], prior, and the brethren of the hospital of St John of Jerusalem in England, John Barouncell (or Baroncel) [Giovanni di Tano Baroncelli] and John Junctyn [Giovanni Giuntini], merchants of the Society of the Peruzzi, on behalf of them and their fellow merchants of the society, in part payment of a loan of £3000; with a memorandum of delivery of the acquittance by Master Adam de Haselbech to Master William de Langeleye [Langley] at Cawood, 25 July 1334 (witnesses named).
