Summary: Acquittance (receipt) for £10 received from Brother Elias Linett, abbot of Rufford, in part payment of a recognizance in £20 made to the archbishop in the Exchequer for a loan, and pardon for the remaining £10.

A marginal note shows that a letter was issued on the same day and in the same place to William de Cossale [Cossall] to withdraw the recognizance.
