Summary: Order to Richard de Upton, archbishop's receiver at Southwell, to receive, under the oversight of John de Essche [Ash], archbishop's serjeant of Southwell, all the archbishop's money in his keeping from Henry Ketel [Kettle], lately archbishop's receiver at Southwell, and deliver as much money as required to the archbishop's serjeant of Askham, with the oversight of Essche, for buying sheep for the archbishop; with a memorandum of orders to Essche for his supervision, to Ketel to deliver the archbishop's money, and to the serjeant of Askham to buy 240 or 260 sheep for [South] Willingham, Lincolnshire (two entries).
