| Summary: | Mandate to the bailiff of Southwell to seek out from the dean of Nottingham Richard called Aurifabrum [Goldsmith] of Nottingham, criminous clerk, charged with homicide before royal justices at Nottingham, and deliver him to the archbishop's bailiff of Sherburn; with similar mandates to the bailiff of Sherburn to receive Richard from the bailiff of Southwell and deliver him to the bailiff of Ripon, and to the bailiff of Ripon to receive him from the bailiff of Sherburn and take him into custody (three entries). |
