Summary: The archbishop's declaration concerning the case of William Kyllingale, clerk, having received letters (recited), dated at St Peter's, Rome, 11 March 1398, of Francis [Francesco Carbone], cardinal priest of S Susanna, papal penitentiary, containing an enquiry into Kyllingale's killing of a layman by shooting him with an arrow from a bow, that he should not be considered to be known for any irregularity.
