Summary: Certification to the Bishop of Hereford of receipt of his letter and two papal bulls and of forwarding them to the bishop of Durham. The bishop of Durham has reported that the letter and bulls had been passed on for transmission to Robert I, king of Scots (Robert the Bruce). The archbishop has also forwarded all letters to the bishop of Norwich, requesting their return to the bishop of Hereford.
