Summary:	Reply of the archbishop to a letter (London, 14 December 1321, recited) from Rigaud de Asserio, bishop of Winchester and papal nuncio, requesting arrears of Peter's Pence, 1314-1321 to be paid before 2 February 1322. The archbishop informs the bishop that this, as well as payment of precedessor's debts, will be carried out, although the dean and chapter of York Minster have already paid and been quitclaimed.
