Summary: Mandate to suffragans and all ecclesiastical officials of the diocese and province to admit the messengers of the poor canons, the prior and convent of Healaugh Park, whose great buildings are now in a lamentable state and whose lands lay untilled and useless due to the pestilence, and allow them to collect alms, the archbishop granting an indulgence of forty days to all who grant them aid.
