Summary:	Royal writ ordering the archbishop to ensure that John de Selby, parson of a moiety of the church of Rillington (Rillyngton), appears before the justices at Westminster at the quindene of Trinity, to answer Walter de Brakenholm [Brackenholme] on a plea of debt of 100s 5d. The sheriff informed the justices at the quindene of Hilary that Selby is a clerk, and has no lay fee by which he can be summoned. Witnessed by Ralph de Hengham. Response noting that this was done.
