Summary: Institution of John Dyvet of Burton of Aylestone, priest, in the person of Peter de Upton, his proctor, to the church of Swanscombe (Swanescomp) in Rochester diocese, which Master John de Irford lately held as rector and to which John [Sheppey], bishop of Rochester had presented him by Richard Talbot, the patron, together with the prebend of Llanddw (Landon) and Llanfaelon (Landavaelon) in the collegiate church of Abergwili (Aberwilli) in the diocese of St David's, following his resignation to the archbishop in return for collation to the church of Bolton Percy, which John Dyvet, formerly held.
