Summary: Commission to Master John de Nassington, archbishop's official of York, to act in the matter devolved onto the archbishop's court of York between Thomas de Skirkenbeck [Skirpenbeck], priest presented to the vicarage of Merrington, Durham diocese, by the prior and convent of Durham, and Anthony [Bek], bishop of Durham and Richard de Derlington [Darlington] otherwise de Wynceby [Winceby] and all others; with a memorandum of a letter, in the form of a short note sewn to this, sent to the official by the priest with instructions, instruments and all other documentation relating to this matter.
