Summary: Mandate to Master Alan de Neusum [Newsham], archbishop's official of Durham during a vacancy of the see of Durham, for the publication of the processes and injunctions contained in a document (recited), dated at Bishop Wilton, 26 March 1312, addressed to Master Alan, concerning those impeding the archbishop's jurisdiction in the diocese of Durham during the vacancy, including sentences against the prior of Durham and the subprior and sacrist; Adam de Boyvill, monk of Durham; Robert de Baldok [Baldock], clerk, and Roger de Waltham, clerk (details given).
