Summary: Absolution, following receipt of a commission (recited), dated at St Peter's, Rome, 13 November 1400, from Francis [Francesco Carbone], Cardinal priest of Santa Susanna, papal penitentiary, from excommunication incurred by John Lokwode [Lockwood], clerk, for attacking John Wynk, priest, intending to kill him and maiming him, rendering him unable to perform his duties, although the two had since made peace.
