| Summary: | Mandate to the official of the archdeacon of York to publish the sentence of excommunication pronounced on George de Saluciis [Saluzzo] and to cite him to appear before the archbishop, as he had entered and occupied possessions of the deanery of York, and when the dean of Pontefract and the archbishop's messenger had delivered a copy of the archbishop's monition and sentence of excommunication to him, had used violence towards their horses and the messenger. |
