Summary: Commission of the archbishop as papal provisor to the dean and chancellor of York to inquire into the provision made under Pope Benedict XI of Robert Ricardi [Richard] of Eryholme (Eryum super Tays), poor clerk, to a benefice of which the prior and convent of Lenton were patrons. Enquiries had been made by Thomas [Corbridge], archbishop of York, and Ricardi had been presented to the church of Costock, since vacant, but this was then in the possession of John de Langeton [Langton] (details given).
