Summary: Mandate to the dean of Christianity, York, to issue an inhibition to the parishioners of the chapel of Fulford, dependent from the church of St Olave in the suburbs of York, not to make any further burials in the churchyard of the chapel there, which had been used as a burial ground in times of pestilence and epidemic on the authority of Archbishop Zouche but which has since been used by the inhabitants of Fulford to bury relatives and friends. Should they persist in this contumacy, he is to cite them to appear before the archbishop on the next law day after the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. he is to certify his actions by letters patent.
