Summary: Mandate to Richard [Kellaw], bishop of Durham, for prayers in Durham cathedral and all other churches in the city and diocese of Durham for the king and his army setting out for Scotland to repel and drive out the Scots, with an indulgence of forty days for those so praying; with a memorandum of similar requests to the bishop of Carlisle and the bishop of Galloway (Candida Casa; Whithorn); and mandates to the dean and chapter of York for prayers in York Minster and in churches in their jurisdiction, and to the archbishop's official of York for prayers in York Minster and all other churches in the city and diocese of York (three entries).
