Summary: Mandate to the dean of Bingham to inquire into the complaint of Margery de Watton, executrix and relict of [no name given], that Thomas Thuriene of Radcliffe on Trent (Radeclif super Trentam) stole from her money, grain, livestock and plate from her house, which he still detains from her, preventing his last will being put into full effect, and warn him to restore everything to her within ten days and to appear before the official of the court of York or his commissary in York Minster on the third law day after the monition ready to show why he should not incur a sentence of excommunication; further order to certify his actions by letters patent and close (details given).
