Summary: Mandate to the archbishop's official of York to inhibit the archbishop's subjects within the archdeaconries of York, Nottingham and the East Riding from making procurations to anyone wishing to exercise the office of visitation within the archdeaconries in the name of the archdeacons until they hear that special privilege has been granted, and power to excommunicate those who exercise the office in this way and continue, making inquiry into the names of the guilty.
