Summary: Notarial instrument containing the archbishop's confirmation of an exchange between Master John de Cadamo, prebendary of Driffield in York Minster, by Nicholas de Hugate [Huggate], his proctor, with William de Melton, canon and prebendary in the collegiate church of Darlington, following receipt of letters of Anthony [Bek], patriarch of Jerusalem and bishop of Durham, dated at London, 21 March 1310 (recited); with a notarial subscription by Henry Willelmi of Ardsley, clerk of York diocese, notary public (witnesses named).
