Summary: Certification to the archbishop by the archdeacon of Cleveland of an inquisition into the vacancy of the church of Crathorne, to which the prior and convent of Guisborough, had presented Robert de Crathorn [Crathorne], clerk, finding that the benefice was vacant by the death of John Gretham [Greetham] and that Guisborough priory held the patronage, although it was not known where and from whom Crathorn had received his first tonsure.
