Summary: Certification by Roger [Northburgh], bishop of Coventry and Lichfield, following a commission from the archbishop dated at Bubwith on 18 June 1332 (recited), of his institution of Ralph de Benyngholme [Benningholme], rector of Ashton (Assheton) in his diocese, to the vicarage of Blyth (Blida), patron: prior and convent of Blyth, in an exchange of benefices with Gregory de Neuton [Newton], vicar of Blyth, the bishop having first accepted Gregory's resignation.
