Summary: Mandate of the archbishop, Deodatus [Dieudonne], abbot of Lagny and Sicard de Vaur, canon of Narbonne, papal chaplains and auditores causarum, to the official of the court of York or his commissary general for the citation of apostate Knights Templar (named) to appear before them at Laneham on 2 July [1310]; with a mandate for an inquisition into priests in the diocese who had heard confessions of the Templars and also into clergy and laity who had served them.
