| Summary: | Mandate to John de Cortlingstok [Costock], archbishop's bailiff of Southwell, that he should stay his demand for the 54s 6d arrears on the last account of the archbishop's reeve of Scrooby, which [Aymer de Valence] the earl of Pembroke owes for hay and oats taken for his men, as well as 36s demanded for other things, until Robert de Bluntesdon [Blunsdon] should arrive to provide more information, and also the 35s owed by Richard Grom of Laneham (Lanum), impoverished by the burning of his house and goods. |
