Summary: Commission to Master John de Appelby [Appleby], lawyer, to examine, discuss, approve and expedite the exchange of benefices proposed between William de Cusance, canon and prebendary of Thorpe (Thorp) in Ripon Minster, which belongs to the archbishop's collation, and William de Dalton, canon and prebendary in the king's free chapel of Bridgnorth (Bruggenorth) in the diocese of Bath [sic] and canon and prebendary of Auckland in the diocese of Durham, and to induct Dalton into his prebend, having received Cusance's resignation.
