Summary:	Order to the sub-prior and convent of Marton (Marton in Galtres) to obey Brother William de Cravene [Craven], canon of Marton, as their prior. Craven's election as prior after the death of Brother Robert de Tikhill [Tickhill], the former prior, has been examined and cancelled by the chapter of York during the archiepiscopal vacancy, but they have appointed him themselves; with an order to the archdeacon of Cleveland to install the new prior, memorandum reciting the chapter's cancellation of the election, which they found to be in a form contrary to the general council, and their order appointing Craven as the new prior (four entries)
