Summary: Commission to Master William de Fenton, lawyer, and Master Robert de Hakthorp [Hackthorpe], rector of Slingsby (Slengesby), to sequester, collect and receive all fruits, rents, profits, oblations and emoluments of the parish church of Aughton (Aghton), which is vacant, according to custom, and keep them until they are ordered otherwise; with mandate to inquire into the names of those who collected, received, occupied and disposed of all such fruits, rents, profits and oblations from the last vacancy there, and their value; with order to certify their findings and actions by their letters patent and close.
