Summary: Mandate to the dean of Newark to warn the constable of the castle of Newark (Neuwerk) and his ministers, and the bailiffs of the town of Newark, that they should not make undue exactions of tolls, pannage or other dues from the rectors of Averham, Shelton, Kelham (Kelom) or any other church in his deanery, or from any other ecclesiastical persons, by their cattle, crops or any other things, under pain of excommunication.
