Summary: Certification to the dean of the Arches, London, commissary general of the official of the court of Canterbury, touching the cause between John de Heselarton [Heslerton], clerk, presented to the church of Little Laver (Parva Lauvare) [Essex], London diocese, and Thomas de Sancto Albano [St Albans], in possession, following receipt of letters from the dean of the Arches (recited), dated at London, 16 October 1310, enquiring about Heselarton's possession of the church of Misterton (details given). The archbishop stated that it was found from the registers of himself and his predecessors that Sancto Albano had obtained it.
