Summary: Licence to John de Crosland, rector of a moiety of the church of High Hoyland (Heghholand, Highholand), for non residence for two years while residing in Chester for study, at the request of Edward [of Woodstock], prince of Wales, and that he need not appear at synods save by proctor, provided that his church is not defrauded, cure of souls is not neglected and that alms are distributed in compensation for his absence.
