Summary: Order to Roger de Thornton, archbishop’s receiver of York, to make three payments; to the abbot of York, St Mary, sub collector of the six papal tenths imposed by Pope Clement V at the Council of Vienne in 1312, firstly 100 marks for the first collection due on 1 October 1313 from the archbishop, and secondly, 40s from the church of Bolton Percy.
