Summary: Mandate to the official of the archdeacon of York to hold processions every Wednesday and Friday in all churches in the archdeaconry, with litanies and special prayers during mass, for the safe deliverance of the king, people and church in the realm from the plague and other misfortunes, with an indulgence of 40 days for all who take part; with a memorandum of similar mandates to the officials of the archdeacons of the East Riding, Cleveland, Nottingham and Richmond (two entries).
