| Summary: | Memorandum that the vicar of Dalby (Daleby) surrendered the church that turn on the order of the archbishop, patron: the abbot and convent of York, St Mary's Abbey, under the protestation that it was the archbishop's privilege to present to vacant churches of which that house was patron, and that the archbishop accepted he thought to provide, given in the presence of a notary public and witnesses. |
