Summary: Inspeximus of the archbishop of an acquittance (receipt) of Brother Walter de Insula [Lisle], preceptor of Chibburn (Chiburn'), proctor in the dioceses of Durham and Carlisle of Brother William de Totehale [Tothill], prior of the hospital of St John in England, for £68 16s 8d received from the bishop of Carlisle for money collected in the diocese of Carlisle for the second year of the subsidy for the Holy Land, deducting £8 13s 4d for expenses.
