Summary: Dispensation for John de Mileford [Milford], priest, perpetual vicar of Riccall (Rikehale) for non residence, having been suspended; having done penance and having received absolution, and following receipt of letters of Berenger [de Fredol], cardinal priest of SS Nereus and Achilleus, papal penitentiary (recited), dated at Lyons, 15 February 1306.
Note:
A marginal note in a 17th century hand reads 'Dispensatio super irregularitate' (Dispensation for irregularity).
