Summary:	Letter of the vicar general to Sir John Claveryng [Clavering], knight, bailiff of the liberty of Hexham, informing him that Alexander [Brother Alexander de Marton], prior of Hexham and archbishop's chancellor in the liberty, was not to be molested under the vicar general's order to clergy of the peculiar jurisdiction of Hexham and Hexhamshire for a monition to all those retaining, concealing, giving away or disposing of documents and moveable goods of the archbishop to return them under threat of a sentence of excommunication.
