Summary:	Mandate to the archbishop's official of York for sequestration of the fruits of the church of Escrick (Eskryk), following the excommunication of John de Merkyngfeld [Markenfield], rector of Escrick, executor of the testament (will) of William de Hamelton [Hambleton], deceased, for his offence at the instance of the abbot and convent of Bardney to whom the church of Hunmanby (Hundmanby), York diocese, is appropriated.
