Summary: Memorandum of an order to William de Jafford [Yafforth], archbishop's receiver of York, to deliver 40s to the collectors of the clerical tenth granted to Edward II [four papal tenths imposed in 1309] in the abbey of York, St Mary, for the first payment of the second year on behalf of the rector of Bolton Percy, receiving letters of quittance for this and the release of any related sentence of excommunication imposed on that church.
