Summary: Notarial instrument containing the approbation and inspeximus of the composition (recited), dated at Selby, 29 November 1300, made after a meeting at Stillingfleet (Stivelingflet), 6 November 1300, of Thomas [Corbridge], archbishop of York, the archbishop's predecessor, with Anthony [Bek], bishop of Durham, ending all processes and dissent between them and their churches from the times of Archbishop William de Wikewane [Wickwane], Archbishop John le Romeyn (Romani) and Archbishop Walter Giffard (details given).
