Summary:	Writ to the archbishop's bailiff of Beverley to cause parties in the assize of novel disseisin brought by Robert de Houton of Barton against William [Greenfield], archbishop of York and John le Mercer, concerning his free tenement in Beverley, to appear before Sir John de Hothum [Hotham], knight, Richard de Burton and Roger Goldston [Goldstone], whom the archbishop has appointed as justices within his liberty of Beverley to hear the assize, on dates to be set by them.
