Summary: Request to Master John de Bringhill [Brinkhill], canon of Beverley, to receive money from Simon de Swanneslond [Swanland], citizen of London, or Thomas de Swanneslond [Swanland], his kinsman, to buy a copy of the process relating to the cause brought by the abbot and convent of St Albans against the archbishop before Master Itier (Itherius) de Concoreto, in which Master John was the archbishop's advocate, or the part of the proceedings relating to an appeal on the part of the archbishop, and obtain an apostolic rescript to be delivered to the archbishop's proctor at the Roman Curia.
