Summary: Confirmation of the appropriation to Kirkham priory of the churches of Kirby Grindalythe; Westow; Crambe; Garton on the Wolds; Helmsley, and York, St Peter, Walmgate, with annual pensions of 40s from Roos church and one mark from the church of Burythorpe; also confirmation of the appropriation to Bridlington priory of the churches of Bridlington, Flamborough, Carnaby, Ottringham, Filey, Atwick, Boynton, Ganton, Willerby, and Scalby, with their chapels, and even though there were no vicarages ordained at Bridlington, Ottringham, Flamborough, and Filey, together with an annual pension of one mark from Beeford church, and certain tithes of the church of Hunmanby (two entries).

The initial capital 'I' of 'In dei nomine Amen' in the first line of the entry for Bridlington Priory, is decorated.
