Summary:	Letter to the archbishop from James de Cimiterio, rector of York, St George, formerly warden of the hospital of St Mary Magdalene, Ripon, replying to the archbishop's mandate (recited), dated at Bishop Wilton, 16 October 1306, to inform him of the state of the hospital and its goods when Patrick de Brafferton became warden, listing grain, livestock, equipment, books, and a beautiful crystal phial containing relics of St Mary Magdalene, and other items (details given).
