Summary: Acquittance (receipt) for £200 received from the abbot and convent of St Mary’s York, collectors of the clerical tenth granted to the king, by the hands of Master Richard de Snoweshull [Snowshill], archbishop's receiver at York, in part payment of 1000 marks owed to the archbishop by the king as a loan, as shown by a tally for the 1000 marks raised in the Exchequer and delivered to the abbot.
