| Summary: | Letter of the prior of St Oswald, Gloucester, to the archbishop, acknowledging receipt from the archbishop of two petitions to the Parliament held at Carlisle [in 1307] made by the bishop of Worcester, and orders to inquire into the contents. The bishop's petitions were that payments of Peter's Pence from the prior for churches appropriated to his house in the diocese of Worcester, and also synodals due to the bishop, were to be made by the prior.
